Admin Level Commands

!join # [Joins channel]
!part [parts channel if channel is specify ie(!part #dev) bot will part specified channel]
!hop  [parts and rejoins channel if channel is specify ie(!hop #dev) bot will part and rejoin specified channel]

Adding Admins,Owners,Host, and Banlisted users
<level> = !admin , !owner , !host , and !banlist
<level> <nick> (or part of a nick) # (or leave out channel to add user as Global) <note/reason>

Admin/Owner Level Commands

!up [Gives Owner level hammer to you in the room]
!cd [Clears denies of channel]
User modes
!q <nick>  [Gives Owner hammer to nick or takes it]
!o <nick>  [Gives host hammer to nick or takes it]
!v <nick>  [Gives voice to nick or takes it]
!mass <+/-q,o,v> [mass mode  the room  ie(!mass +v)]

Room modes
!m [Makes room moderated or unmoderated]
!d [shows knocks to host and owners or disables it]
!s [hisdes room in channel list or disables it]

Room Options
!Guest    [Enable or Disable Guest kick onjoin]
!voice    [Enable or Disable Voice on join]
!asl      [Enable or Disable ASL onjoin]
!banlists [Enables or Disables Local banlist]


For Owners they can add localy user to the bot (Owner, Host, and Banlist  level only)

!kick15 <nick> (or part of a nick) <reason> [Kicks and sets a deny for 15 min in room]
!kick30 <nick> (or part of a nick) <reason> [Kicks and sets a deny for 30 min in room]
!kick60 <nick> (or part of a nick) <reason> [Kicks and sets a deny for 60 min in room]
!kick24 <nick> (or part of a nick) <reason> [Kicks and sets a deny for 1 day in room]

Whispering Commands (Must either be local Owner/Host to channel your sending the command or Global level Admin, Owner, or Host)
All of the commands can be whispered to the bot the format to do so is
<command> <channel> <reg format of the command>
