And be sure you really want to do this. Nobody wins when you take the test and then don't do anything.

QC Test: This test is strictly a test of your ability to QC. No editing involved. Your job is spot the errors. For example, spelling mistakes, its/it's etc etc. US/UK spelling does not count as a spelling error. For the record, we use UK spelling. Find the errors, correct them, and add {fixed} to the end of the line. Send the .ass file back to misteranonimous on GMail, with your irc name in it.

Holo will check the tests and get back to you eventually. A lot of people have applied, so that might mean it'll take a few days. Hang out in #doki-recruits! During timer recruits a lot of sparkling friendships were formed, although hopefully we can get this done more quickly. There's plenty of friendly folk in #doki or just across Rizon.

Hang around IRC for a… while. Eventually, somebody will get back to you about the QC test, and if you pass you will be given the editing test.

Highlight someone with a symbol next to their name in #doki-recruits.

The goal of the editing test is to smooth out the English in the script. "It can't be helped that Gotou-sama's sword was of such a big size as that." is an extreme example. Read up on our editing conventions (http://www.hologfx.com/dump/The_Basics_of_Editing.htm)! Email this to misteranonimous too.

We will review the editing test as soon as we can. A lot of people apply, so you might have to wait a few days. Hang out in #doki-recruits! Make a few friends; you'll be working with the people around you if you pass. #doki is also open; it's much more populated and lively.

Ask any staff in the recruits channel. They'll have a color or symbol next to their name in most IRC clients.
