all rooms past 61518 are gone

all my rooms passed 61518 no longer exist.

I have multiple logs showing these rooms existed and i sent savearea command afterwards with it showing the zone save messages.

I don't have permissions to delete rooms so it wasn't me doing it accidentally

I haven't truly lost anything because of how I have stuff written outside sloth but it indicates something is going wrong

I assume we haven't been reverting to some much older "areas" file
I know Doug was adding some rooms on to old thalos - perhaps we still have some kind of running out rooms related bug ?

and ceiling and an understated carpet of traditional dwarven designs.  Tall
bookshelves cover one wall, laden with neatly organized volumes of law and
prison regulations.  An intricately carved desk of jungle hardwood
dominates the center of the room, its only contents a fine layer of dust.
Behind the desk sits a large high-backed leather chair and on the wall a
portrait of a severe looking man glares down at all who stand before it.  A
door provides exit to the west.
