How To Add .zip File From Windows 10 to Android Streaming Device (Installing Fen)

Use a Windows computer in conjunction with ‘CX File Explorer’ app on your Android device to create a FTP server.

Open it, allow it to manage all media files.
Go to Network, ‘Access From’ and start service.

ON YOUR WINDOWS COMPUTER:

To connect to an FTP server, open a File Explorer or Windows Explorer window, click the "This PC" or "Computer". Right-click in the right pane and select "Add a network location".

Don’t log in anonymously, enter the username and password when prompted.


Put the .zip file in ‘Downloads > Downloader’ folder.

Make sure you have Kodi permissions enabling all media in settings.

Settings > Kodi > Permissions > Files and Media > Allow management of all files
