Hey @everyone,
We have some exciting new changes!
Firstly, we've heard your input in #suggestions and have discussed them in our mod meeting. Please keep them coming!
Secondly, we've decided to clarify some things and state some resolutions to suggestions we've had:

*DM Moderation*: Previously, our policy on moderating DM's was inconsistent at best. From now on we will only moderate DMs when it is a matter of doxxing or soliciting sexual content/favors.

*Mic Usage in the Music VC*: A suggestion heard this month from users was that they wanted to use their microphones in the Music Voice Chat. To prevent mic spam, Trusted have been given the ability to use `!summon` and can move it to general channels. Speak permissions will continue to be revoked in the music channel.

*Removing `Nigga` from the Blacklist*: Although it can be used in a casual way, `nigga` will continue to be blacklisted. This is due to the constant possibility of PA use, potential for social conflict, word origin, and the workload on moderators that would be required to monitor its use in chat. Thus, `Nigga`, `Nibba`, `Bibba`, `ni🅱🅱a`, `🅱i🅱🅱a`, `bi🅱🅱a` and any further iterations of the word are banned.

*Removing `Tranny` and `Faggot` from the Blacklist*: These most commonly used as derogatory slurs and will stay on the blacklist.

*Banning Emojis suggestions from #Suggestions*: We will continue to allow them, although only serious suggestions. It is not #memes. No shitposting.

*Ex Mod Role*: Deemed unnecessary. Will not be added.

Misc Changes:
- #sports removed due to inactivity
