STEP Optimized Vanilla Textures

- Apparently, there is a mod/tool that "re-compresses your DDS-files" and "optimizes DDS-textures" called DDSopt; Looks like S.T.E.P team have gone through that and they have packaged the "optimized textures" in this. so this is this!
- "Optimized Vanilla Textures" http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/57353 is better than this and recommended by people, But since it's bigger and more High-Res, I'm going to make do with this one in this Play-through, and I might use the Other one in the next!

- Only Install "STEP Vanilla Optimized Textures - Standard Version 1.2" in the optional files. I'm not using any Texture mods and I have 2GB of VRAM, so I'm pretty sure I can handle it!
- Do not download the main files, those are (from what i understand) just a compilation of the list of mods in the STEP:Guide, I don't want that as i want to handpick my mods separately, especially that i haven't yet reached the 255 limit, so there's no need for a compilation.
