Since 13th of February 2018, BC Chapter is officially cooperating with local rebel forces in the state of San Andreas. The rebels are responsible for ensuring a decent amount of arms and drugs throughout the state of San Andreas. In addition, they capture and control important strategic areas, such as Hoover Dam, which serves as the main source of energy and electricity for LV and other areas. Also another important object is Green Palms Oil Factory, which in turn is one of the largest factories providing oil for the state. All of these people are fighting for their lifes against the law to break a huge crack in the state system.

As was mentioned above, Bikers are working together with Rebels, especially the BC Chapter. Recently, Bikers were spotted with a big group of armed rebels and illegal immigrants taking the territories around the desert. In the long term, the situation of Bikers and Rebels cooperation is improving and they are gaining more and more influence and resources every day to confront the local military forces. In addition, certain structured groupings gradually appear among the Rebels, with every hour everything becomes even more serious.
