  2.
  3. The terms hiking and trekking are sometimes used reciprocally, it's important to remember that these are two different outdoor recreational activities. Trekking and hiking are sometimes referred to as the same thing, yet they are two quite different activities. There are certain distinctions between hiking and trekking, despite the fact that they are both forms of walking. Additionally, one of the most accessible adventure activities is hiking. It is attainable by everyone, regardless of gender, age, or fitness level. Hiking is often a one-day or long hour activity. In contrast, trekking is a much longer and more difficult hike that generally ends at a specific spot. It can be done for enjoyment or entertainment, but it can also be physically and mentally challenging. Trekkers are expected to have great physical condition. Trekking activity may be conducted for more than one day, as long as it takes to reach the destination. Despite the fact that hiking and trekking may be exciting and fascinating, they are also beneficial to someone's mental and physical health.
