  1. I requested for replacement of my MSI Laptop on the day I got it delivered to me. But no one from MSI has contacted me on phone and they asked for details through mail on 16th of November. Now he has rejected my replacement request without even checking my laptop, I don't know why, no one has visited me to resolve issue yet.
