Just run these commands.
UBUNTU BELOW
FOR DEBIAN
apt-get install git
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade
run same shit below

1.git clone https://github.com/EmpireProject/Empire
   need root access!
2.cd Empire

3.cd setup

4.  ./install.sh
(Just hit enter all the time for server negotiation pass you don't need to type one in
5.  ./cert.sh

6.python setup_database.py

7.cd

8.cd Empire

9. ./empire

(you should get an error message saying it wont work or some bullshit but its normal continue following commands)
10.cd

11.cd Empire

12.cd setup

13.  ./restart.sh
now it should load the module so when it does just type exit and click enter continue following commands
14. cd

15. cd Empire

16. ./empire
reloads module the right way, now were in the module just run these commands
(empire)>
