Single father in help

Single father needs help with lawyer bills, as my first lawyer took me for over $60,000.00 for a 17 month long case that he could of ended on 6 months after I asked him to point out the fact that she and my son both tested positive for drugs when he was born and he told me it didn’t matter and the judge said it did at the end of the case. I need to Money to support my son , the mother refuses to pay child support and I want to go for full custody and put him in school and she refuses for school cause she refuses to get a job to work and support our son. I have no money in my checking account or savings account, worried about groceries and a place to live for next month cause I can’t pay the rent and I’m 3 months late on electricity, and 2 months late on my carpayment , the possibility of losing my job. I am struggling and I could use help, if anyone can that would be a blessing.
