to the public trustee and whom is respectfully aware and now informed
i am going to a lawyer to sort out this mess of your policy for no netbank or phone banking for your clients
i am also going to prove your other clients do have telephone banking as well as net bank
1. your either being unlawful and i will find that out via the police today
2. your trying to harm me via the banks witch is a crime
3. your trying to stop me making money so i never can make anything but the pension and you want that too which is.. stealing and torture
4. your not a nice worker and your being a torment to society and vindictive to actually making money online to james william snow... terrorist
5.your making life difficult in a bullying nature to james william snow.... stalking
6.you've got a hate of james william snow and want to harm him and have to try to because you want to... stalking/harassment
7.your not respectful of the disabled and are then discriminating against james william snow...discrimination
9. your policies are unlawful and discriminate and don't follow rights of every human
10. your policies need an update for 21st century banking not 18th century banking
11. your not fairly reading your own policies correctly and are blatantly not following the policy correctly
12. you wont reveal your policy cause it doesn't exist and it's not legally justifiable
13. your using your powers for harm and misusing them dictatorship
14 your just making up stories and such to make me suffer to the bank and you aren't doing the right thing and your breaking lawful rights of everyone of your clients

and be punished by the law you've broken

or send me the details to your policy and the law that you can provide that states I'm not allowed full bank access so i can show a lawyer and every adjacent law to prove the legality of such

I'm pissed off and think the public trustee is a illegally doing business

your a private enterprise and i wish to sack you and have you removed from your duties

i want somewhere and some one else to do my financial administration

i no longer need nor want the public trustee of Queensland to administrate my funds

why am i forced to pay you and you disregard my welfare and punish me by all means towards my bank accounts

i want all signatures from the adult guardian that no longer is my guardian and i am my own guardian now and every signature of mine removed from public trustee paperwork and now is void and not my signature nor the guardians

i don't see how you can provide service now

i sack you from your duties

there has to be a law for you criminals to go away and or never charge me for your administration fees again because the law makes me pay you for your punishment!

you have punished me for being incapacitated when i clearly am not at all

i can pay my way in life

you hardly do anything but pay me my own money

my financial status is bad and in the red because of your policies and your squandering my time and money

i could have been a million air by now if it wasn't for public trustee

i was able to make $20 into 2.5btc just this year and 1 btc stands at aud$14000 at this time

you have stopped the process i used for that money making due to your policy of no net bank and phone banking for your clients

i can pay my rent via centrelink

and pay for my internet my self

and pay my electricity account on time which is somehow too difficult for you but i can do it but you obviously can't

i have over due notices in my email because you haven't paid my bill so i know you can't

your useless to my very lucrative way of making money and you just hinder it or stop it entirely as you have done with your policies

i want public trustee to no longer work for me

public trustee does not do anything else but pay for my medication which i can do easily every time i collect it

i want my life back and centrelink payment to be directed directly to my own bank with net bank access and phone banking access

i want to be able to loan goods to cash converters if I'm unable to pay everything as well but as you have blocked that i have to sell stuff for good privately

i want my finances managed by myself

i will set up a direct debit and yes i know how with my internet and electricity accounts to come out when I'm paid

i will be able to make lots of money with my loan from centrelink with computer skills i have learnt from 29 years of study and 10 years under my belt from cryptocurrency and 2years with cryptography robots and coin collecting on dice games

of which i have huge profit already from hence the 2.5btc as stated above

i will be valuable to the community and be able to pay taxes of more than my yearly dollar amount that is at this time now, in the long run i will be very successful and may not need centrelink

i have this ability now but public trustee is standing in my way to wealth with there policies and no loans or amounts of that size deposited into my bank

my Dr thinks I'm well and it's the best he's seen me in a long time and is glad i changed my life around in 2011-2012

haven't been in hospital for any period since

apart from being put in for a short stint due to medication because i got my wisdom teeth out in 2016

 it came up in a test as opiates and i was released after a blood test found it was just medication

 it was because private health hadn't told public health that i had surgery

and the ordeal nearly happened again due to me breaking my collar bone after crashing my ebike i bought with the bitcoin / btc and i did require en-done for my pain

but i was able to tell the case manager and he assured me that they will not do anything of the such

i did get hurt but i was OK after 6 weeks and my ebike is nearly fixed

i crashed the bike due to a possum jumping onto my bike from a power pole and yeah that's what i call a drop bear to put it politely

i had to replace everything but the battery and controller/throttle and all i have yet to replace is a $200 electric wheel everything else has been replaced due to my money making with cryptocurrency

i now have a friend that has a wheel for me to buy off him but i need $200

this is the 8th bike I've damaged over 10 years of ebikes

i even build them myself so i know what can go wrong and what to replace when it does well if it does

i have been ran over and crashed into gutters, and broken wheels and controllers, due to idiots on the road doing the wrong things, and never my fault, and it has cost me about as much as a small car, but without fuel and any servicing, or new tires or registration, just the price of a car not any other expense

I've traveled over 275000km

well its cost me $9000 roughly, because each bike costs roughly, $1200 to build, and i've been through 8 of them!

they don't reach greater than 45km/hr, unless down a steep hill, so they are under a nifty fifty, so don't need registration or license, but I'm a good rider and do have a drivers license and stick to the road rules.

I'm really smart and have a high intelligence quota

i may have Asperger syndrome but i do better than most people on the pension

oh and now i cant do anything such as this

the wolves of public trustee have taken away my rights to net bank and phone banking and i no longer have any crypto currency left and now cant buy in again due to net bank being my access to cryptocurrency money making

i no longer can buy crypto currency with my bank account

and i think that if i no longer had trustee then I'd be better more well off

because they don't allow phone banking or net banking and it's only made me mad

the reason why i say this is I've been signing back up to net bank when public trustee has removed my net bank and it's only just been an issue because the bank has busted me doing so on the sligh via the internet

i am smart enough to signup for stuff online and make a bucket load of profit, from crypto currency dice sites, due to my ingenious dicebot scripting, that i write myself for seuntjies dicebot, and 999dice, and yolodice.

which has paid me handsomely in real Australian dollars over $75000 in the last 3 years, of which is winnings, and not, money that should be ownership of the trustee.

so i bring you to my conclusion

the public trustee thinks I'm incapacitated to administer my own money to myself

i doubt that is fact because i always pay my bills first

even to friends who i might owe

which most of my friends owe me money not the other way round usually

i buy food and cigarettes, of which i love so very much because they keep me more sane

i buy everything else like cleaning fluids and soaps for my hygiene, of which i use in the shower every day.

i even bought my self an electric razor for the beard so i don't need to buy blades

i do all this before credit for my phone and any other thing like crypto currency

so i never go without but because I'm only getting pittance from trustee, the amount of $50 a day 5 days a week.

my money don't spread very far.

and sometimes need help with food and stuff from vinnies and food parcel places or my parents.

and have nothing for phone and enjoyment with my cryptocurrency money making.

it's because the government is raising the prices and not the pension.

the hidden tax called inflation is so not my friend.

neither is the government raising taxes on cigarettes.

but that's just never fair to us smokers who need them for their mental health.

and it's sad a lot of the time.

i never buy crypto first nor phone credit

I'm better off going without mostly

but I'd love to do crypto and phone credit but since public trustee has banned me from using net bank and phone banking.

i no longer can buy either without going 10km down the road by foot

that's how far i have to go to the bank and get my money out.

then go to the store 1km away to buy credit for my phone

and walk again 2km to go to the post office to bpay crypto currency which i won't see for two working days

then travel 9km home again

all on foot walking because my ebike is need of repair, and have no money from trustee to pay for it

Not that it's not in the budget, because it is, but because public trustee wont give me it, due to not enough funds available for my up coming electricity bill!

and that upcoming electricity bill is taking months to arrive but they don't allow me the funds for some reason


i don't think the trust officers like me and they degrade me ever time i call

they want too much info, and from sources i can't get, for days if at all, and once i do, they take days for the decision, then days for them to process. then i get it weeks if not months later

it often takes three to four weeks to go through them for your own money to purchase anything that actually is in the budget

if i didn't have trust i could purchase when ever i liked and wouldn't take three weeks it would only take minutes or seconds

they waist my time mostly and i wait and wait and wait and sometime wait for an email for three days to appear for oh sorry we need more info

by then i just get on the phone and complaints line girl knows me by first name and she's lovely but i never succeed with their return call

because the people who look after me they are not nice people and can not be persuaded

i cant stand their---- "cant take your word for it" attitude

they always need a little more proof sent to them which takes days again


I'm making money and that's great but not enough to support things that are already in the budget but don't get given to me

i have to make do with the $50 every day 5 days a week to pay for expensive items like phones and ebikes and it's starting to make me feel public trustee is ruining my life and holding me back for if i didn't have them I'd be rich in a matter of about a year with crypto currency robots going bazerk with profits

if i still have public trustee i cant survive like this anymore, and will probably commit suicide or, end up in jail from committing, a crime of armed robbery, and i, don't think they will care, cause, I'll still hate trustee and what they are doing to me financially, but they will just be even more vigilant and bad news no matter what, because they aren't nice people, and are probably going to be worse due to theft charges

i hope you want me off the trustee now, and it's been, a good time getting this stuff off my chest, and in to words of remorse, for, me the someone who doesn't want or need the public trustee any more, and will never want to see them or talk to them ever again, once off there clammy grip, I'm never to return

I'm sick of this and need to sack public trustee and get my own financial administrator.....
