  6. Hello, guys this is Wiple Games, the developer of Ironsight.
  7. This is for the players playing through the Aeria games (Gamigo AG). We understand that many players who are playing "Ironsight" through the 'Gamigo' (Aeria games) have many concerns about the relationship between Wiple games and Gamigo.
  8. First of all, we apologize for not being a smooth service for the game you love.
  9. Wiple Games has been trying to resolve the issue smoothly with Gamigo with trust for a long time, but we would like to explain the current situation to everyone because we don't want to confuse players who love our game.

  11. 1.Gamigo did not faithfully implement each of the privisions in the Agreement.
  12. Gamigo is not keeping up with the commercialization of 'Ironsight', marketing plans, and licensing payments for revenue.
  13. Up until last year, about 30 developers have been working hard day and night to achieve results in overseas markets.
  14. However, delays in marketing in the Gamigo's publishing area and delays of the payment of license fees up to eight months. It made it difficult for Wiple Games to cover all development costs and many employees had to leave the company.
  15. Ironsight has spent about 12.5 million dollars on development, but profits from Gamigo were about a few hundreds of thousands of dollars. This has become difficult to update due to the absence of overseas development managers.
  16. Gamigo AG is still not paying for their licenses fees. We hope they will pay the accumulated licensing cost fairly soon.

  19. Publishers need acurate development requests and feedback to developers throught market analysis, marketing, user feedback, and data analysis, but we have never received such feedback. Proper updates are not possible without analyzing various statistical data.

  21. 3.The direction of the updates was only focused on sales models
  22. Despite the need for various improvements in the game along with technical issues, publishers continue to request sales models first. It brought a vicious cycle of delayed updates and worsening sales.
  23. The fact that they continually refuse to pay contract fees and refuse to launch the game when the sales model isn't developed which forced developers to shift their priorities.

  25. The above issues have been continuosly requested for improvement, but they have not been improved yet.

Especially, due to the failure of the license fee payment, it was difficult for us to operate the Gamigo version, and it became difficult to continue our privity and relationship with the Gamigo. Even in this situation, we kept the contract because there were players. However, I hope you understand that the developer has to make a choice in order not to close. Lastly, all players who love Ironsight, please understand our physical and financial situation, especially our relationship with Gamigo.
