End User Licence Agreement:

Bustcraft ("the software") is licensed and not sold. Gamebuster or it's subsidiaries, affilates, or suppliers own the intellectual property in this product. The licensees' ("you" or "your") licence to download, use, copy, or change the software is subject to these rights and this agreement ("EULA" or "this licence" or "this agreement")

Article 1: The Licence

Section 1: Acceptance
YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BE THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMET BY INSTALLING, USING, OR COPYING THE SOFTWARE, IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST NOT INSTALL, USE, OR COPY THE SOFTWARE.

Section 2: Licence Grant
	This agreement allows you to connect to the bustcraft server, and download resources required to use the software and play on the server. You may only have one copy of the software and it's resources, unless you have purchased multiple licenses. Only one person may use the account connected to this licence, unless there is written permission from Gamebuster.

Section 3: Licence Transfer
	Without obtaining the express written permission of Gamebuster, you may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, lend, or otherwise transfer this agreement.

Section 4: Restrictions on Use
	You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, "unzip" or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the product. You may not use the resources (minecraft resource pack) of this product with anything other than software required to connect to bustcraft, unless you have express written permission from Gamebuster or the copyright holder of the resourses.


Section 5: In order to agree to this licence
	In order to agree to this licence, you agree that you have reached the age of majority in your country/state, or have been legally emancipated, and that you are legally able to agree to this contract in your country/state, and in the state of South Carolina in the United States. You may not allow anyone who is not legally able to agree to this licence to use your account to connect to or use Gamebuster's services or software.

Section 6: Warrenty
	Gamebuster makes no warrenties, express or implied, except for what is required by law. Gamebuster makes NO warrenty that the software product will be secure, safe, error free, or usable in your specific conditions of use.

	YOU HEREBY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO CLAIM DAMAGES RELATED TO DAMAGES OF ANY KIND CAUSED BY MALFUNCTION, ERRORS, NORMAL USE, OR UNINTENDED USE OF THE PRODUCT. TO THE EXTENT THAT GAMEBUSTER CAN LEGALLY DISCLAIM DAMAGES, GAMEBUSTER WILL NOT PAY FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, THEMSELF, IT'S SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OR SUPPLIERS. YOU MUST TAKE FULL ACTION TO MITIGATE YOUR DAMAGES.

Section 7: Governing law
	This agreement is governed by the laws of South Carolina, and the United States.

Section 8: Severabillity
	If any provision of this EULA shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent that any express or implied restrictions are not permitted by applicalbe laws, these express or implied restrictions shall remain in force and effect the the maximum permitted by such applicable laws

Section 9: Termination of Licence
	You or Gamebuster are allowed to terminate this licence, if this licence is terminated, sections 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, and the entirety of Article 2 shall remain in effect. If the licence is terminated, you must destroy or delete your copy of Bustcraft and it's resources, unless Bustcraft asks you to agree to an updated version of this licence.

Article 2: Server Rules
=======================
Section 1: Consequences
	If you break the following rules, Gamebuster is allowed to terminate this licence, and you must follow the termination procedures in Article 1 - Section 9. Sometimes we may feel that termination may be too harsh of a punishment, therefor we may temporarily banish you from connecting to the bustcraft server and/or restrict your usage of the software/bustcraft server by electronic or legal means.

	subection 1: Rules
		a. No "Chargebacking" Purchases
		b. No disrespecting other users/the staff.
		c. You must understand that anything in this software is confidential, and currently is in an INDEVelopment state, as such, you are not to share to anyone about anything to do with this software, unless they too have agreed to this licence, and their account has access to the bustcraft server.
		d. No unauthorized modification of your client, this includes, but is not limited to speed hacks (makes you move faster), regen, or any other modification that is not in the list of the following link: (link)
		e. Report anything that you may consider a bug to Gamebuster as soon as possible.
		f. No foul language
		g. You MAY attempt to gain unauthorized access to the server, however you must inform Gamebuster immediately, and you must not do ANYTHING you normally would not be authorized to do.
		h. No damaging the server or the server's software.
		i. DDOS attacks are STRICTLY forbidden
