Ping reducting for mac (simple)

How to reduce ping on mac.
First open terminal. Incase you don't know where to find it. Use spotlight search (cmd + spacebar)
search for terminal.
Once it has opened up
paste this code into it:

sudo sysctl -w net.inet.tcp.delayed_ack=0

It'll help a little. Notice: IT WONT REDUCE LAG OR MAKE UR INTERNET BETTER!
Anyways, if it asks you to enter your password then do so.
