- Previous iteration made the launcher more dependent on other weapons when comboing it. This iteration is intent on making the launcher focus more on its own speed to make it more versatile.

- - Decloak removes entire cloak meter
- Intent on providing a slightly faster and more consistent rate at which Dead Ringer recharges, making it more easier to gauge the rate at which the spy can feign while also making it less useful for quickly tanking damage.
- Flamethowers
- ~ Replaced chargeable airblast with pressure meter
- ~ Each airblast reduces pressure by 33%, fully recharges in 6 seconds
- ~ At 100% pressure, knockback is 100%
- - At 0% pressure, knockback is 50%
- Previous iteration of modifying airblast resulted in an unavoidable delay. This version should prevent spamming of airblast in succession to affect enemy movement and require more commitment to using it.
