- **A:** Trial is not active at the moment, Slappy/Nexure will announce it if it comes back.

- **A:** Press "Insert" on your keyboard to open ProtoSmasher in game. (Laptop users try FN + ins)

- **A:** Open the ProtoSmasher GUI -> Settings -> No Easter Eggs -> and check the box next to it.

- **A:** Nexure manually accepts the gift cards.

- **Q:** How do I whitelist?
- **A:** Once your payment has been accepted, you are logged in, and have it downloaded, Go to https://beta.protosmasher.net/dashboard/whitelist -> Confirm you aren’t a robot -> Check your email, if you don’t see it in the inbox, check the spam folder -> Copy code [DO NOT SHARE IT WITH ANYONE] -> Launch “ProtoSmasherApp.exe” -> Paste the code into the “Temporary Key” input -> Submit.

- **Q:** I downloaded ProtoSmasher and tried to launch it. But, it said it was missing or caught by an anti-virus. What do I do?
- **A:** Disable your Firewall, Windows Defender, and any Anti-viruses you have (Malware Bytes, Windows Defender, Norton, etc.). If it’s missing, re-download it after you disabled your Firewall, Windows Defender, and Antivirus.

- **Q:** I tried to launch ProtoSmasher but it wont inject, what do I do?
- **A:** Turn off all anti-viruses just like the question above.

- **Q:** I’m getting DLL errors and/or the 0xc000007b error code, how do I fix this?
- **A:** Your either missing a DLL in your ProtoSmasher folder or missing one of the following programs.

- **A:** Start by clearing %localappdata%\Temp\Roblox and reinstalling ProtoSmasher then re-whitelisting.

- **Q:** I’m getting the 507 error code, how do I fix this?
- **A:** This is caused by you having insufficient storage, uninstall unneeded programs and clear your trash bin.
