  63. This card can be used to Ritual Summon any "Imperium" Ritual Monster. You must also Tribute monsters from your hand or field whose total Levels equal or exceed the Level of the Ritual Monster you Ritual Summon. Then you can apply the following effect.
  64. ● Destroy 1 monster your opponent controls, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the Ritual Summoned monster's Level x 200.

The first time each "Imperium" monster you control would be destroyed by battle each turn, it is not destroyed, and if you took battle damage from the battle, it gains that much ATK after damage calculation, and keeps that ATK gain while this card is on the field. You can only activate 1 "Imperium Base" per turn.
