A player is chosen,
to both play first and,
to select the target value,
a numeric value of N.

Each player then rolls,
exactly following the list of rules,
summing the value onto their own,
after which a new rule is created for all,
ad infiniteum or until the game is won,
by reaching or surpassing N,
by a single player.
