In the following text, "mod" refers to a plugin for the game 'Minecraft' by Mojang AB. 'Minecraft' is copyright of Mojang AB. Mod authors are not required to relinquish copyright by developing for Minecraft.

The makers of the Tropicraft mod ("Authors") made a multimedia description of their mod (the "Description"). The current Description is located at the first included link. Previous versions were formerly located at the second included link.
The other sites have copied the Description and displayed it without any reference to the identities of the Authors. In some cases, they have copied the actual 'mod' and made it available for download somewhere else (http://www.mediafire.com/ is one). In other cases, they pointed back to the official site.

In all cases, there was a likely monetary profit from advertising on the sites.
