So instead of including I pasted it into the .pl files that used it..
and now all works! I had a few other includes later in the file.. and those are fine!


It "used to work" and maybe it should not have since the 'file
directives' should have only been active during " trans_header.pl" time
but no longer active at the time?

So a bug or not.. at least I have a work around.   "Do not use include/1
to processes file directives when I plan to generate .qlf"!

Of course this is a bug.  I have some idea where.  My main advice would
be to make sure that every file is a module file.  That way you have far better support from the development environment and less of these
problems.  Will be fixed, but not today ...
