XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended

<purpose>
- "A multipurpose skeleton for animation that provides maximum compatibility between mods."
- I personally will use it because I want to make 'Belt-Fastened Quiver' to work with 'Realistic Ragdolls and Force', but this mod can make much more than that and I will check out the other features provided by this mod, using this mod will also allow to restore 'Dual Sheath Redux' that i really like but refrained from using it because It requires this mod which itself requires a couple other mods, so i thought it's too much from just one mod ('Dual Sheath Redux'), but since I'm using a lot of animations and skeleton mods, I'll definitely need this mod for maximum compatibility.
