As of April 5th, 2022, this is how I bypass the You can’t add an exception to visit this site. with Firefox 98.

"xbox normally uses encryption to protect your information. When Chrome tried to connect to xbox this time, the website sent back unusual and incorrect credentials. This may happen when an attacker is trying to pretend to be xbox, or a Wi-Fi sign-in screen has interrupted the connection. Your information is still secure because Chrome stopped the connection before any data was exchanged.

You cannot visit xbox right now because the website uses HSTS. Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later."

STEP #1):
Open the Preferences of Firefox: https://i.stack.imgur.com/sbbDs.png
Open the Privacy & Security tab: https://i.stack.imgur.com/D2v9F.png
Scroll down to Certificates and click on View Certificates: https://i.stack.imgur.com/q8ceh.png
Open the Servers tab and click on Add Exception: https://i.stack.imgur.com/ftG6D.png
Fill in the Location field and click on Get Certificate: https://i.stack.imgur.com/wuqu9.png

Click on Confirm Security Exception: https://i.stack.imgur.com/Qqlhj.png
You should now see your exception, click on Ok: https://i.stack.imgur.com/UCnot.png

STEP #2):
In the Mozilla Firefox address bar, type about:config
Look for network.stricttransportsecurity.preloadlist
And set the last field Value to false (and restart the browser as needed).
