struck his bio-helmet and he screamed, then G'kon'dchah struck out in rage, his back arched, swinging his combistick while firing wildly with his plasmacaster.

Zo'keah and Bo'kui fired focused plasma bursts at the Royal Guard, causing her to retreat defensively, but not before T'ua'sa ripped the melting bio-helmet mask from his face, giving her the chance to spit more acid right on his fleshy face. Again, T'ua'sa cried out, falling to his knees, and the Guard's bladed tail struck out and severed the downed Yautja's arm.-pg.240 chpt.8

They crossed the seven kev-noks from the human settlement to their ship quickly, and Bo'kui found Zo'keah tending to T'ua'sa's wounds. He'd managed to rinse the acid off his face, but the arm would need replacement-aprosthesis would be attached back home. None of these first hunters would be the same after the day's hunt, but although Zo'keah would draw some lessons, G'kon'dchah and T'ua'sa
