My memory is terrible

I have a confession - my memory is terrible. At times bordering on Alzheimer's level of terrible. Hence why I try to keep notes of people in Buddy Notes or Steam nicknames.

Unfortunately my memory is so terrible that I can't make a good note for you. This doesn't mean I don't remember you at all, just that the hazy memories I do have that distinguish you from all my other friends are insufficient to write a note of such clarity that I'll continue to remember you as an individual. It's not you, it's me.

As such, if you'd like to keep playing together, please tell me how we met, or an interesting conversation we've had, or something neat about yourself, something for my memory to anchor on. Thanks a bunch!
