Room 16560: Fuligin's Office

  A small circular chamber has been hollowed out of the rock here and fashioned
into an office.  The walls are lined with bookshelves, filled with titles like
"Habits of the common maimed elf" and "1001 ways to flee, a Wizard's Essential
Guide".  A large, solid looking desk is pushed up against a wall, covered in
curios, half finished maps and some kind of partially disassembled clockwork
device.  Above the desk, a narrow window has been tunneled to the outside and
through it distant sailboats can be made out scudding across the waves.

Room 16671: Coats, Boots and Packages
  The small alcove is set into the northern wall of Fuligin's Office.  It houses
a coat rack with sundry rain gear and wizard robes, a beaten copper bucket
holding carven walking sticks and an angrily hissing serpent headed staff,
a pair of bulette leather rain boots and a pair of smoking scaled demon-hide
boots for striding the outer plans. Several packages wrapped in brown paper with
various names scribbled on them sit on shelves of aromatic wood from the jungles
of Bal Harbor.

Room 16569: Fuligin's Vault #2
  It looks quite full o' gin. An empty wooden crate serves as a table, empty
dragon turtle shells as seats.  Hanging on the wall is an unusual painting
that depicts a bare chested man rather profanely wearing what can only be the
famous Ethereal Sash of the Nigi-Mitama tied around his head, an act likely to
cause even the imperturbable Master Monk Coltra much perturbation. The man in
the painting appears to be facing off in bare handed combat against a
grotesquely wrinkled red gremlin.

Room 16664: Fuligin's Storage Tunnels : Cloud Giants
  The rocky tunnel runs north-south.  Shelves, filled with over-stuffed burlap
sacks and bulging golden sacks, have been dug into the sides of the tunnel.
Wooden crates big and small line the sides of the tunnel making navigation at
time challenging.  An odor somewhere between soap and something unpleasant
lingers in the air.
