Boy Brothels

I know a 14 yr old boy, living in Austria; and there are many. He and many others are child prostitutes. His mom was abusive, he told me about his struggles and I talked him to go to a hospital, and contact a non profit. I wish I could that this is the end of the story and everything is ok now :'( but I can't. Their economy and police do not care about these lost kids, living every day as sex slaves to pay the bills. My friend witnessed his mom waste her money, while he slaved for her to pay the bills. Sadly he and many others would rather live in those conditions than be in a shelter. I can't imagine the conditions that would allow society and adults to behave the way that he told me, he's been treated by them. I am extremely furious at the governments and police in those countries and all those disgusting diseased, riddled; rat infested corpses and at the same time in fear every day that some wacko is gonna kill him. I try and encourage him to do the right thing. Some awareness needs to brought up on a global scale of the living conditions forcing children into prostitution. I know, no other way to tell anyone. The media and news won't talk about it, until they can show up to see the noose drop. They don't give a shit, unless they can make a quick buck. If you are one of those ppl doing this, wherever you are, I hope you die; PIECE OF SHIT!!!

It's been over 26 hrs since I heard from him.
On the one hand, the shock of poverty scared him into this life; so anything caused by this life, even if it's worse than the fears; is valid and must be overcome, before anyone can take the first step to get out of this.
I'm angry and helpless, and scared.
I carry this burden that he's real and gonna die if I don't help him. and the thousands of other children will too.
