If you see the error message asking you to check your administrative privileges, please try the following steps to troubleshoot
Error Description
An error occured while trying to access startup disk settings.
You may not have priviliges to change the startup disk.. Make sure you have administrative privilegese and try again.

Open cmd.exe if not worked, run as administrator

Type runas /trustlevel:0x20000 "C:\Windows\System32\AppleControlPanel.exe".

The bootCamp panel will pop up after step 2.
