  2. i have been appointed as a client to the public trustee of queensland
  3. they have a policy that needs looking at professionally for todays banking
  4. i am in a pickle

  6. 1. my card was hacked online and was $458 debit or debt
  7. 2. i had to go to the bank to disconnect my card
  8. 3. i tried to contact the bank 17 different times but was unable to verify myself because i disconnected my card over the phone
  9. 4. public trustee ban the use of netbank and phone banking and enforce this towards me only but they say it's for all clients
  10. 5. my friends are on public trustee too but all have at least phone banking
  11. 7. i have not been paid enough to get any money from trust to live off for 14 days
  12. 8. i only have food and cigarettes due to kind friends and vinnies and family
  13. 9.the public trustee have only policed this with myself and i've asked them to do it with all clients but they haven't
  14. 10. the fact is if someone steals my card on saturday or sunday i can not disconnect my card till monday
  15. 11. i need a cab or car ride to the bank because it's 10kms away
  16. 12. i have no money for this cab ride or car ride in my budget
  17. 13. i have no phone credit to call for help with my problem
  18. 14.if i had netbank and phone banking i'd know how much i had in my bank but due to not having this i don't know
  19. 15. i don't have netbank or phone banking due to the policy at public trustee and that's due to government stupidity
  20. 16. i have contacted the public trustee and told them several different people have who are clients do have phone banking and they just argued with me that they don't
  21. 17. i know they do and have seen them use it
  22. 18.if i was to have internet banking i could buy crypto currency and make enough from what i get from trustee to make over $75000 a year and get off centrelink and this will benefit the government
  23. 19. i have proof of earnings from getting netbank on the sligh from signup online
  24. 20. they have stopped me doing this 14 days ago
  25. 21. i want someone to come pick me up tomorrow to take me to the bank to get my money
  26. 22. this will only be because public trustee are supposed to put the negative amount in my bank and pay me
  27. 23 i only get $50 a day 5 times a week
  28. 24. i will need to buy groceries and cigarettes for the weekend with that
  29. 25. i will not have enough money to do that
  30. 26.every day i get paid every weekday and i need to get to the bank somehow on those days
  31. 27. i dont know how i will manage this
  32. 28. i need a card from my bank but cannot get one over the counter
  33. 29. i will have to go to the bank and find out my balance and trust public trustee has deposited
  34. 30 i have no access to funds at this time
  35. 31. if someone steals my card or uses it fraudulently i will have to go to the bank every day i'm paid
  36. 32.if they steal my card or use it fraudulently i will have to go to the bank to disconnect it i can not do it on the phone
  37. 33. i do no longer need trustee as my administrator
  38. 34. i have got capacity and did always
  39. 35. under law i am incapacitated but don't know why
  40. 36. that's why i'm with public trustee
  41. 37. i pay for food and bills before everything else
  42. 38. i'm not incapacitated like the law states and i have the capacity and now need to remove public trustee
  43. 39 the doctors know this but don't want to do anything about it
  44. 40 i'm under a forensic order
  45. 41. i'm perfectly able to pay my bills ... buy food and clothing and pay my rent and services myself and would have also the ability to get off cetrelink disability pension if i did not have trustee from a loan from cetrelink i could make that in to enough to house and feed and pay bills by myself without cetrelink payments within 6 months
  46. 42. i have already made 2.5btc or bitcoin from $20 from dicebot program and my own coding within 1 month and have proof in bank statements of aud$4000 or more deposited from that
  47. 43. i'm very talented in programming and computers and may need assistance writing by hand as my handwriting is bad but can type fast and am very fluent in english
  48. 44. i have completed lots of courses on computers and programming
  49. 45. i fix computers and laptops and ebikes but do not do it for a living i do it for friends but if i could get a job to do this i would work extremely productive

  55. i'd be able to buy things without a card but still use paypass using my phone

  57. and this is something the public trustee is not allowing
