This is a collection of 8 color values, each with 4 hexadecimal digits to represent a
color (in RGB) and the fourth hexadecimal digit of each color is always set to '00'.

(Colored are numbered from left to right, not top to bottom)

Color 1: ? (No noticable change)

Color 2: Controls the color of:
	- The lines below open windows on the taskbar.

Color 3: Controls the color of:
	- The start button logo when you hover over it.
	- The date and "Date and time settings" in the clock flyout when not hovered over
	- The horizontal line in the volume flyout

Color 4: Controls the color of: (this is what Windows recognizes as the actual 'accent color' for modern apps and the sort)
	- The start button logo when clicked.
	- The background square of apps in the start menu.
	- The background square of the current date in the clock flyout.
	- Icons in the settings app.
	- Volume grabber in the volume flyout when not hovered over.

Color 5: Controls the color of:
	- Background color of: start menu, action center, volume flyout, clock flyout, (and I would assume battery and internet flyout as well)
