- General Changes
- ~ Holster penalties on weapons are enforced, keeping the slower switch speed until a weapon is fully drawn
- Intent on making sure holster speed nerfs cannot be exploited through switching to a 3rd weapon.
- Natascha
- + Increased health-on-hit to max of 12 per hit at a 1:3 ratio
- The health gain was seen as inconsequential prior, this change intends on fixing that.
- Phlogistinator
- ~ No longer deletes teammate projectiles
- + Increased damage bonus during MMMPH to 30%
- The damage buff was not seen as a substantial enough to make up for the loss of crits. This brings total increase of damage to 1.75 which should be a closer middle-ground between minicrits and crits.
- Claidheamh Mor
- + Holster penalty fully negated
- Simplifying the change as there was a small percentage difference.
- Ubersaw
- ~ Uber-on-hit scaling changed
- + Gain +25% uber-on-hit when below 50% ubercharge
- - Gain +15% uber-on-hit when at or above 50% ubercharge
- Simplifying the uber gained to make the risk/reward of using this more clear.
- Vaccinator
- + Reverted ubercharge revamp and passive damage resistances
- + Reverted ubercharge rate bonus
- - Reverted overheal build rate penalty
- - Reduced ubercharge damage resistance to 50%
- - Reduced ubercharge critical resistance to 50%
- - Ubercharges bubbles cannot be stacked
- This reversion intends on bringing it closer to its original version, while making resistances less intense and more in-line with their intended disposable design.
- Spy
- + Increased Max Health by +15 to 140
- - Increased time to cloak by 0.5 second
- - Increased time to decloak by 0.5 second
- Spy can be very polarizing in interactions, either slipping in and out of situations annoyingly easily or being incredibly easy to dispose of when caught out. The intent of this is to raise his general survivability while making his cloaking require more deliberate usage, in order to make these aspects of his play less polarized.
- Conniver's Kunai
- + Removed overheal drain penalty
- ~ Increased max health penalty to maintain the 70 starting HP
- - Health gained is not instant, giving about 120/s
- The faster overheal drain, while requiring a spy to get more stabs to keep it up, didn't seem to change its effectiveness in curtailing chainstabs wherein a spy would instantly regain the lost health. In contrast, this change should make those chain stab sprees less free to get away with, while still allowing a spy successfully flee with health gained if they are skillful enough.
- Sappers
- ~ Press RELOAD to activate Spy Radar with a 30 second recharge
- + Outlines nearby enemies for all players to see for 3 seconds
- - Activating Spy Radar makes a loud ping noise from your position
- - Does not highlight cloaked spies
- This features is meant to gives spies an additional means of gathering information on a team, either for their own benefit to avoid surprise or for their teams benefit in highlighting potential threats. The downside of revealing one's own location with sounds should be a fair trade-off for the intel.
