T'ua'sa found the first Hard Meat in a clearing west of the downed freighter. Bo'kui's bio-mask's electrovision lit up with contacts simultaneously with T'ua'sa's war cry piercing the air as he took up chase, and the hunt was on. G'kon'dchah, Zo'keah, and Bo'kui followed. Leaves and brush rustled and branches cracked as the drone plowed forward, T'ua'sa and the others close in its wake. Then, from the right, came the sound of feet scrambling on loose stone and a familiar

screech as another drone appeared, Zo'keah peeling off to give chase. A few noks farther and G'kon'dchah was off after another. Soon, Bo'kui saw electromagnetic alerts of several more drones moving quickly through the forest around them. Suddenly, he realized the Hard Meat were all heading in the same direction. What were they hunting? Then he heard a loud squealing that brought hissing from all the drones his hunters were chasing, and as they burst through a copse of foliage and trees the bio-helmet's indicators lit up with more contacts.
