The Incestuous Relationship is not a antiquated way to say "young love"; it's a legalism for an entity that is part of a  knowledge relationship. Which involves, among things, young love, viable pregnancies in the womb, and conceptions outside of the

womb, which are more common, when either partner is young. Does old sperm imply old man? Not to Science. If it's outside, does it have a relationship with creating human death and suffering? YES.
Codifying Roe is necessary, if not now, it was before, simply because this knowledge

fades unless it's actively maintained, with reasoning, when a procedure is performed it is shared with the world.  But, now, delving into, that, piecemeal, unless Reason can be restored.
Doctors continuing to do what they know is right, that is always the law, but the law is also

knowledge.
But how do they know what they know? That's always part of what they do.
Could an otherwise useless regulation, be made useful, when doctors consult, despite the fact that patient, has been cared for?  Since, procedures are in fact, entities, in Medicine, as well,

Medicine is knowledge;  Law is knowledge. Therefore, if it's not already plain to see, a requirement, is part of the entity relationship, which is describes the procedure, so it is not complete until it is done.
They are attacking that now, with this "little tweak".

Will women be rushed to their deaths, when things that are abortions, now, will soon be known as, NOT ABORTION.  Meaning they present, clearly needing immediate care, and so without Roe, now, no time for anything, that could be a goodbye, clear the beds.

But, isn't that what the Law, imagined, and so America cared to avoid any future like that, with Roe, Justice Clarence Thomas?!
