  1. Throughout the history of Bikers MC, Patched, Advanced and Trusted member ranks were an integral part of the Bikers heritage, making differences between those who recently were patched and those who have been around the club for longer. In-game perks vary between these ranks; for example, Advanced members can warn others, make a group note or manage a group destination blip, Trusted members can manage group applications, edit the blacklist and promote anybody until their rank, and Patched members can only view the history, that’s the only difference between them and prospects. These duties are just normal CIT stuff which are included in every group, even those who aren’t organized.

  3. My proposal here is to edit this system, although it had Bikers running for years, it could yet be improved by adding and/or removing some ranks which do not benefit the club in any way possible. Taking a look at Trusted and Advanced members, despite them being unrealistic ranks in the first place, they do not have a good use, these perks they do perform can be given to any other ranks such as the Enforcer or any other proposed ranks below.
  4.
  5. Now the current system of the rankings in the club is summarized in the following: President, Vice President, Road Captain, Sergeant At Arms, Public Relations Officer, Secretary, Enforcer, Trusted members, Advanced members, Patched members and Prospects. This system was and is still holding the club well and has been creating such a stable base for the club for years with no internal issues - but, and there is always a but, the system does not keep those who can be active occupied by having duties as they represent the club and are announced to be trusted from the day they took an oath. In real life motorcycle clubs, they do not have such ranks as the Advanced or the Trusted members; any patched member is basically trusted because they wear the patch, and they are advanced from being a prospect to holding a very valuable patch. These ranks, as I can hardly presume, were and still are a fill-up because that’s what CIT rules require us to have. But that is no more.

  7. Two ranks could be added to the list, if the Advanced and Trusted member ranks were removed, which will instead of just given for members to feel better about themselves, it will give them patched members some more vacancies to fill, duties to handle, which will surely make them stick around more than just roaming around the bar with nothing to do, especially in such a boring environment like the one CIT offers. The duties are the Chaplain and the Tailgunner, and I will be explaining in detail who are these and why are they necessary for a motorcycle club to have.

  9. A Chaplain’s job is, but not limited to 1. Setting the standards required for a prospect to earn their patch, as in determining whether a prospect is ready or not, more like a final call for the rest of the club, which will be taken into consideration after casting the votes of the rest of the patched members. The chaplain is supposed to keep an eye on every prospect, making sure all the mentoring process is going well and not just rushed up so future patched members are designated with acceptable qualities. 2. The chaplain is also called in some other motorcycle clubs, the wise one, the person who takes care of patched members if they are in jail, they do their best to get them out of there, that is using CIT’s logic, as in ban appeal for them (if necessary) or help them if their language will not help them stand for themselves in front of the judges. This requires high patience from the chaplain as well as good English skills so they can perform their job at maximum efficiency. 3. Make sure every member is abiding by the rules of CIT; as much trouble we can bring as bikers, the chaplain is supposed to always remind members to not break the rules for obvious reasons and to always guide them into following the rules correctly without any disturbance, and if a member is not being responsive, the chaplain makes a patch removal request to discuss with the big 6.
  10.
  11. The tail gunner meanwhile is more like a road captain assistant; they, being singular at most, ride at the very back of any road trip to ensure all the riders’ safety, and to enforce safety precautions on the road trip; such as making sure the road trip route is at most empty for riders not to face problems during road trips such as traffic jams or uneven roads. The tail gunner state of each motorcycle on his shoulders, as in making sure, during the road trips, to not leave anybody behind who’s in need of help; i.e: mechanical issues and trolls. The tail gunner chooses to either to ride his motorcycle or the club van, most preferably the club van though, to push away trolls and to always have first aid tools and a toolkit within reach for emergencies.
  12.
  13. TL;DR: The idea is basically renaming the two useless ranks, Advanced and Trusted, to Chaplain and Tailgunner, with actual purposes as mentioned above, and moving them to be above the enforcer roles, and the rest of the members are going to be just “patched members”.
  14.
  15. Another suggestion which came to my mind later is making a specific rank for the Lieutenant, to give the lieutenant separate duties and to give them more space to concentrate on representing the club for the criminal side more efficiently without being disturbed by their other duties such as the Enforcer duty, etc.
  16.
  17. Discussing this is opened and I am open for any changes or suggestions.
