  1. Dear Facebook Support,
  2.
  3. I am writing to appeal the restricted monetization on my Facebook page, Cinemilitary. My page focuses on the historical aspects of popular war movies. We use short clips from these films to explore the factual basis behind the events portrayed.
  4.
  5.
  6. I have reviewed Facebook's guidelines regarding "Tragedy or conflict" content and have proactively deleted any videos that might violate these policies. However, due to the nature of war movies, some scenes may contain minimal violence or blood.
  7.
  8. Despite this, I've recently received notifications about older content, which I immediately removed. My new content strictly avoids displaying graphic violence or deaths. Unfortunately, Facebook's AI system doesn't pinpoint the specific video causing the issue.
  9.
  10.
  11. It's important to clarify that Cinemilitary goes beyond simply reusing film clips.
  12.
  13. Our videos are:
  14.
  15. All videos are personally edited in Adobe Premiere Pro with my voiceover commentary.
  16.
  17. Educational: We include screenshots, photos, and historical information to provide context and fact-check the events depicted in the movies.
  18.
  19. Our content offers critical analysis of how the film portrays historical events.
  20.
  21. This format allows us to educate viewers, spark discussions about history and cinema, and offer unique value. That is the reason over 167K and rising people liked our page and engaged with the content.
  22.
  23.
  24. I believe my content falls under the category of "Transformative Use." We add significant value through original editing, commentary, educational elements, and critical analysis.
  25.
  26. I'd appreciate it if you could review several videos on my Cinemilitary page. This would clearly demonstrate that our content is not simply reused material but offers original and educational value.
  27.
  28. I am passionate about creating informative and engaging content on Cinemilitary. I am committed to adhering to Facebook's guidelines and continuously improving the value I offer to my viewers. Thank you for your time and consideration.
  29.
  30. Sincerely,
  31.
  32. Babita Sahu
