Swatting is when you actually send the SWAT Team to the doorstep of a person/victim. In most cases the SWAT Team will knock down the victims door, rush in yelling and point guns at the victim as the others patrol the premises. IT IS ILLEGAL, and can/will result in a PRISON SENTENCE. It is very easy to SWAT, but not getting caught is the important part.

I am just doing a breakdown of how its done/ How I would do it (If i had to). Again, I HAVE NEVER! Let me emphasize that, NEVER, NEVER Swatted anyone before, nor will i ever. It's stupid. I like being able to go outside and skateboard, play on my computer, play video games, and listen to BaSs. Don't ruin your life and choose this route. This is just an explanation, and to educate those that wish to know on how something like this would be done...
I myself would like to know how something is done, so why not spread the knowledge.

<<<<<================================================BaSs_HaXoRs Tutorial=================================================>>>>>
1) Go war-driving, or use an open WIFI connection, (Preferably hack into a WEP secured network in a neighborhood somewhere)
(WEP is easy to crack, and can be done with in a matter of minutes, if not seconds)

2) Use a Linux live-cd, (i would prefer Backtrack 5, or Kali-Linux, as its for Pentesting and is appropriate for the circumstances) and spoof your MAC-ADDRESS of your device/PC. (Or even a throw-away device, (leaving no fingerprints/HDD destroyed, etc (going overboard))
(Reason: LiveCD won't store data to a HDD/SDD, You can actually take your HDD/SDD to be safe)

3) Assuming you already have the person/victim(s) info, you would find a proxy/VPN that is located closest to them.

4) If you have a good Voice Modulator, or good at changing your voice, i would recommend it. Better safe then sorry.
Ex. (MorphVox Pro)

4.1) If you have access to an RDP, I would use it. You could actually chain-link your RDP's behind a SOCKS connection or proxy (Your choice here)

5) After doing so, go to this website: http://www.sprintip.com/ and put "911" in the number to call. Click make call.

5a) Get on Skype, call their local police department (NOT 911, local police dept. #)
Ex. NON-Emergency Line

6) When they answer, give them an address, and a Dramatically Real story.

Ex: "I need HELP, please hurry, please, hurry please, Im at [victims address], there's blood everywhere, my dad has a shotgun and he killed my family, and he's coming for me, please send help quick I'm scared. i don't wanna die, please, i don't wanna d-" (Phone cuts out).

Really simple, easy, and effective. I use please, and hurry to make it incoherent to the fact that I'm trying to give them the address... I still give them the information they NEED, but make it seem less as my initiative to give the address, and staying alive to be more important.

5.1) WHILE ON THE PHONE, "MAKE IT PROMPT!!!!!". DO NOT STAY AND CHAT! Keep it under 15-20 seconds at MOST!

5.2) Cutting out the phone will lead to greater effect, try not to sound so much like the bad guy, but the victim, as it would be more realistic for a victim to call the police then the offender.
