  36. <td class="td">Plywood or other Flatboard</td><td><br>Nailing plywood uses the 2 1/2" nails, 3 nails on each pallet corner, and one nail every 16" or so. Make
  37. sure the nail reaches wood or you get a "shiner".
  38. <br>TWO 4' X 8' or whatever size it takes to cover the 2 pallets which will be nailed together,
  39. and or held together by the plywood if it is good quality plywood.
  40. <li>When 1 sheet of plywood is nailed to the pallets, that is time to stuff insulation into the hollows of the pallets.

  43. <td class="td">Insulation</td><td><br>Main options are the kind without paper backing which is easier to tear or cut to 4' segments
  44.  <br>Or paper backed which is often better at insulating, but a box cutter with a sharp blade is needed.
  45.  <li>You will DEFINITELY WANT good gloves and long sleeved shirt.
  46.  <br>Fiberglass is extremely itchy as it is actually GLASS ground to very fine dust then spun.
  47.  <li>Do insulating all at one time, then take a long hot soaking bath with added hair conditioner in the water. Followed with a shower.<br><br><br></td></tr><tr>

  49.  <td class="td">Sawhorses</td><td><br>If you are doing this in the same sequence as above, you now have a decent basic floor.
  50.  <br>It is HEAVY, and will require at 4 strong persons to move it.
  51.  <li>You'll need at least 2 sawhorses about 4' wide and about 3' tall.
  52. <br>Move your future floor to the sawhorses which are placed so the floor is most stable, likely 24" or a bit more, from each end.
  53. <li>The floor should have been moved to the sawhorses as soon as one sheet of plywood has been nailed to the pallets.
