Cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects, also your opponent cannot target this card with card effects. If this card is Special Summoned: You can banish all other cards from the field, until the End Phase. This card cannot attack the turn this effect is activated.

When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle: You can inflict damage to your opponent equal to the original ATK or DEF of that monster (whichever is higher, your choice if tied).

When the 7th Final Shout Counter is placed on this card, you win the Duel.
