  10. |:SECTION 1-A: What is The Zentinel Legion?

  12. The Zentinel Legion is a community-based war clan, we rely on more skills rather than numbers, and we believe it is a must to focus on both swords and guns.

  14. |:SECTION 1-B: Advancement Requirements
  15.  
  16. There is only one way to be promoted to Cadet, and that is by completing the advancement requirements.
  17. Enlists are given no longer than two (2) weeks to complete the advancement requirements, else they are removed for inactivity.

  21. - Purchase the uniform or the enlistment t-shirt.
  22. - Knowledge about the guides.

  25. |:SECTION 2-A: Introduction to the laws
  26.  
  27. When you are on-duty, you are to abide by these laws stated below; failure to abide the rules results a punishment. Being on-duty is when you are representing the clan itself.

  29. |:SECTION 2-B: Basic Conduct
  30.  
  31. - Use your common sense at all times.
  32. - ROBLOX rules still apply within the clan.
  33. - Flaming and bullying is strictly prohibited, we want to keep the clan friendly here.
  34. - You are to address your superiors by "Sir" or "Ma'am" depending on their gender.
  35. - Respect is mandatory and you are to respect all ranks equally.
  36. - Maturity and grammar is highly encouraged.
  37. - The CC has the right to remove you if the CC doubts your loyalty.

  39. |:SECTION 2-C: Events
  40.  
  41. - The host is to be given the highest attention and authority.
  42. - Everyone but the host and co-host are not permitted to use their admin unless necessary.
  43. - Raids and defences are to be given higher priority than trainings; trainings are automatically cancelled when a raid or defence is on.
  44. - Unnecessary chats are highly discouraged.
  45. - Keep the event the way it should be; joint events should be TZL and allies only, raids should be raiders, allies, and TZL only, and so on.

  47. |:SECTION 3-A: Training Requirements
  48.  
  49. To host a training, the following requirements must be met:
  50.  
  51. - The training must have at least three (3) activities hosted.
  52. - Captains+ are required for an official training.
  53. - Lieutenants are required for an unofficial training, and are to be made official when an HR is co-hosting it.
  54. - The training must be at least thirty (30) minutes long and no longer than an hour.
  55. - Enlists are not permitted to be promoted until they have completed the advancement requirements.

  57. |:SECTION 3-B: Training Awarding
  58.  
  59. - Promotions are given to LRs by HRs.
  60. - Recommendations are give to LRs by MRs, MRs by HRs and CCs, or HRs by CCs.
  61. - No more than three (3) promotions/recommendations are allowed in each training.
  62. - Recommendations are to be only sent on the recommendation channel on the discord server.

  64. |:SECTION 4-A: Rank System and Rank Icons
  65.  
  66. The ranks are divided into four (4) sections to avoid confusion about their powers and abilities. The ranks are labeled with icons to make it easier for people to understand.

  68. [X] Enlist, Diplomat, and Automations
  69. - These ranks are not truly a member of the legion.
  70.  
  71. [L] Cadet - Lance Corporal
  72. - These are the low ranks, they have less experience compared to those of their superiors.
  73.  
  74. [M] Sergeant - Lieutenant
  75. - These are the middle ranks, they have quite more experience and are permitted to lead when a high rank is not present.

  77. [H] Captain - Marshal
  78. - These are the high ranks; they are permitted to host official group events.

  80. [CC] Council - Commander
  81. - These are the command councils; they are the minds of the legion, mostly providing the right decisions for TZL.

  83. |:SECTION 4-B: Rank Requirements
  84.  
  85. These requirements are to be met in order for a member to advance to the next rank. The CC has the right to demote a soldier if they feel that the requirements are not met.

  88. - Earned upon enlisting in the legion.
  89.  
  90. [L] Cadet - Lance Corporal
  91. - Earned upon doing good in an official group event.
  92.  
  93. [M] Sergeant
  94. - Earned upon receiving a recommendation from an HR.
  95.  
  96. [M] Staff Sergeant
  97. - Earned upon receiving two (2) recommendations from an HR.
  98.  
  99. [M] Lieutenant
  100. - Earned upon receiving three (3) recommendations from an HR.
  101.  
  102. [x] Diplomat
  103. - Earned upon being presented by the allied clan leader.
  104.  
  105. [H] Captain
  106. - Earned upon completing the HR test to be given by a CC.
  107.  
  108. [H] Major
  109. - Earned upon receiving a recommendation from the CC.
  110.  
  111. [H] Marshal
  112. - Earned upon receiving a recommendation from the CC.
  113.  
  114. [CC] Council
  115. - Awarded upon being appointed by the commander himself or winning a vote.
  116.  
  117. [CC] High Council
  118. - Awarded upon being appointed by the commander himself or winning a vote.
  119.  
  120. [C] Commander
  121. - This rank can't be earned unless the commander himself is resigning.

  123. |:SECTION 5-A: Shouts
  124.  
  125. Shouts are one of the easiest ways to announce something to all group members.
  126. You are to react to shouts as soon as possible. ROBLOX+ is highly recommended, this is a chrome extension which notifies you when there are new shouts.

  128. |:SECTION 5-B: Shout Tags
  129.  
  130. These are the only shout tags which must be used on the shout.

  132. |:MSG:| - Used when displaying messages.
  133.  
  134. |:KIS:| - Keep In Shout, these are important messages which shouldn't be over-shouted for a certain period of time.

  136. |:TRAINING:| - Used for displaying a message regarding a training.
  137.  
  138. |:MEETING:| - Used for displaying a message regarding a meeting.
  139.  
  140. |:RAID:| - Used for displaying a message regarding a raid.

  142. |:DEFENSE:| - Used for displaying a message regarding a defense.
