  36. at the Federal Level, for every teenage, and adult person,
  37. KNOWING the states, will not imitate the same, but that is

  39. We exist at, both levels because we are people,
  40. most properties and neighborhoods do not. So create
  41. the right to come and go, and then known that
  42. this does not preclude existing rights, there,
  43. instead, it makes it possible, that neighborhoods
  44. that a civil suit, can be made, that simply expressed
  45. as that, the act they want stopped, so removing the offense
  46. to the person that simply cares to express themselves.
  47. Meaning the civil suit could exist as practical suit
  48. but unlike now, can't be, it must be part of a legal suit,
  49. and is Police privilege, wether the Police Force there desires
  50. it, or not. And, as it seems to go, if it's spoken then
  51. it's stitched in to the existing legal suit, (and admits
  52. as such )

  55. the Roe the must go, despite Americans prexisiting
  56. opinions before, religious or poltical beliefs.
