TO perambulate should BE MADE LAW

America can't simply recodify, we don't what we lost, what
counts among the dead.
Example.
Before America created a form of death, death by lethal injection
I would have felt, a right to "perambulate" existed in Roe.
I know I did.  By ten or twelve, I realized it was not a
ordinary right.

And, it that world, people could break up,
admitting to both family and friends,
And any American could do this, what?
WE LOVED EACH OTHER BUT WE NO LONGER UNDERSTAND EACH OTHER
Also there was the irregular use WE LOVED EACH-ED
The new death penalty got rid of that in the United States
immediately, I'd say '82 in Virginia as for a the irregular use,
And, I may have one of the hold-outs.

But now what? Does, it still incriminate all the same in
any suit? Functional, real, or imaginary?
I feel it still must, but America wasn't like that before,
it more real, less trivial.

But, how does this relate to Roe?  Later.

That could be admitted any where, and it could
just sound the break up, but not disturb the peace.
Could Police question you about it, sure they could
they did it all the time, typically once one comes
away from their party, or group, just like that.
Could one group be too loud, and drunk, why the other
groups continue to say, in fact, similar things?  YES


The right to perambulate, most be created
at the Federal Level, for every teenage, and adult person,
KNOWING  the states, will not imitate the same, but that is
good, that is the point,
 We exist at, both levels because we are people,
most properties and neighborhoods do not.  So create
the right to come and go, and then known that
this does not preclude existing rights, there,
instead, it makes it possible, that neighborhoods
that a civil suit, can be made, that simply expressed
as that, the act they want stopped, so removing the offense
to the person that simply cares to express themselves.
Meaning the civil suit could exist as practical suit
but unlike now, can't be, it must be part of a legal suit,
and is Police privilege,  wether the Police Force there desires
it, or not.  And, as it seems to go, if it's spoken then
it's stitched in to the existing legal suit, (and admits
as such )

After this change in American life, Roe became
the Roe the must go, despite Americans prexisiting
opinions before, religious or poltical beliefs.
Liberal or Conservative.

So, to perambulate as an oridinary right but in U.S. LAW
