Pi4 Overclock

# values are for my pi4 and may not work for yours due to manufacturing bla bla

Tested 32-bit mode:
over_voltage=5
arm_freq=2100 # 2150 fails even with over_voltage=6
sdram_freq=5000 # haven't tried higher

Tested 64-bit mode:
over_voltage=5 # runs, but becomes unstable when set to 4
arm_freq=2000 # stable in all modes
gpu_freq=750 # unstable in 64-bit mode, stable in 32-bit mode?
