[One Command, 1.12] Nitric TNT

This command will cause tnt to only explode when it hits the ground.

Note: Dessrt Temples will be far more dangerous. The moment you activate the pressure plate, it will go off. Along with any tnt activated on the ground. This is recommended for tnt cannons and PVP games.
