I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been having issues with your tethering services since updating to Android 5 Lollipop.



Looking at your account, there’s no reason why your tethering shouldn’t be working. Everything has been configured correctly and your plan allows the service. Given that you’ve only been having the issues since upgrading to Android Lollipop, it’s very likely that installing the new software version has caused some configuration issues. There have been some significant changes brought in by the Lollipop update, so to ensure that any data from the previous KitKat version doesn’t remain, I’d recommend backing up the phone and then restoring the device to factory settings. This will eliminate any software issues caused by updating and I hope it will get your tethering services back up and running.
