How To Play The Pageant Boy Mod

Good News: Pageant Boy is a part of Racing+

Bad News: It's not a part of the Racing+ Client

Follow these simple steps and you will be the prettiest Isaac Boy in no time:

Step One - Open up your Documents
Step Two - Open up "My Games"
Step Three - Open up "Binding Of Isaac Afterbirth+ Mods"
Step Four - Open up Racing+_857628390
Step Five - Open up one of save1, save2, save3 in notepad. Which ever slot you would like to play on
Step Six - Find "rFormat":"unseeded" You will then change the unseeded to "pageant" so it looks like "rFormat:"pageant" Make sure to save when done editing
Step Seven - Open up your Isaac and make sure to use the save slot you changed. Pick Judas and you should have all your new Pageant Boy goodies

    * Important Notes*
-DO NOT Have your Racing+ Client open as it will change out the pageant format.
-When done playing Pageant Boy just open up Racing+ Client and your game will be magically returned to normal
