Loot and Degradation

- Must-have mod for me, a great money sink and adds lots of depth to the game!

<notes>
- In MCM Config, Make the Following Changes :
Disable 'NPCs Loot' feature. 'Scarcity' takes care of that'
Disable 'Less Leveled Loot' feature if enabled. 'Scarcity' takes care of that'
Add Tempering Delay to '3 hours'.
Increase 'Follower Degradation Rate' to 3.

<compatibility-issues>
- This mod touches loot so there may be some minor conflicts with 'Scarcity', as of version 1.31 there ain't any, so it doesn't matter where you load this mod!
