<IN-GAME ROBLOX SETTINGS>
1) Press Esc on your keyboard or on the right hand corner click on the 3 lines
2) Go to settings
3) Set "Graphics Mode" to Manual and set "Graphic Quality" to a low level *1 bar or 2 bars*

To check the FPS, physics, and renders, on your keyboard hold shift + f5

TO TEST THESE SETTINGS DONT GO ON GAMES THAT HAVE ALOT OF SHIT LIKE JAILBREAK, GO ON GAMES LIKE BE A PARKOUR NINA, EMPTY BASEPLATE, ETC

<ROBLOX STUDIO SETTINGS EXPORTED IN-GAME ROBLOX>
1) On the right hand corner, click on File
2) Click on Settings
3) Click on Rendering (if a message pops up click Yes)
4) Go to Performance in Rendering
5) Set "EditQualityLevel" and "QualityLevel" to Level01
6) Go to Debug in Rendering
7) Set "AutoFRMLevel" to 1 or 60
8) Go to General in Rendering
9) Set "FrameRateManager" to Automatic
10) Set "GraphicsMode" to OpenGL or Direct3D11 *I highly HIGHLY recommend you to set it to OpenGL just to test it but just test both of these that fits you
