  1. Short Circuit:
  2. + Reverted Alt-Fire orb speed
  3. + Orb causes self damage from hitting surfaces rather than enemies
  4.   (you can short circuit jump any time)
  5. Emphasize the movement tech with the weapon since the projectile denial is being weakened. Should produce a mixup against soldiers and demomen where the engineer can choose to jump instead of blocking their shot.

  7. Loch n Load:
  8. + Mini-crits targets launched airborne by explosions, grapple hooks or rocket packs
  9. - Removed damage bonus vs buildings
  10. Changing the focus of the weapon from "screw you, engineer TF2" and instead improving it's ability to combo characters launched by your grenades and stickies.

  13. + Absorbs critical hit damage while intact
  14. + Negates 300 points worth of critical damage before breaking
  15. - Backstabs drop you to 1 HP or kills you at low health
  16. - Does not absorb headshots
  17. - Removed melee resistance
  18. Melee resistance was underwhelming of a bonus and it's ability to hard counter spies made it a boring weapon. This iteration makes the spy interaction less polarizing while giving an additional boon against other forms of crits that the sniper can encounter, such as flares or market gardens.

  20. Conniver's Kunai:
  21. - Max overheal capped at 185
  22. Overheal capped out at Spy's usual amount, in order to lessen how rewarding the weapon is and make the spy less effective at tanking so much damage.

  24. Phlogistinator:
  25. + Alt-Fire MMMPH consumption reduced to 10% from 20%
  26. + No Overheal penalty
  27. - User cannot be ubercharged by Medics
  28. Carrying a pocket Kritz charge makes this weapon far too obnoxious when paired with a pocket medic's charge. The alt-fire's cost was reduced to help improve survivability with the weapon, as Medics may be less incentivized to help the Pyro with this.

  30. Southern Hospitality:
  31. + Dispenser range increased to 400%
  32. - Metal bonus only applies to pickups, not dispensers
  33. Emphasize the supportive element of the wrench, while make sure the engineer can't tank damage for longer from more selfish usage of it.
