Enhanced Enemy AI

<purpose>
- Pretty much an essential mod, mainly because it focuses solely on enemy AI, and it does it very well, and also because it's compatible and complements other combat overhaul, and since I'm using 'Ultimate Combat' which has been tested to work along this mod perfectly, this mod is a no-brainer for me!
- Also, what's interesting about this mod is that it's script-free!

<compatibility>
- Put the mod before all enemy mods! It simply changes some values, so a merge would be easily done, I don't want this mod's lite changes to overwrite something more complex.
