You can target 1 Spellcaster monster with 1600 ATK in your GY; add it to your hand, then immediately after this effect resolves, you can Normal Summon 1 Spellcaster monster. You can remove 2 Spell Counters from this card, then target 1 card on the field; banish it.

If this card would be destroyed by battle or card effect, you can remove 1 Spell Counter from this card instead.
