- 03) Complaint # 2013-0114-08564 (Problem from server end - Error 651. Network outage in Viman Nagar - Asked for one day credit but as per technical team’s analysis, I wasn’t eligible for credit.)
- 04) Complaint # 2013-0128-16577 (Ticket opened to know why credit was not given. Called up again on 1st Feb’13. Same complaint was updated again by customer care guy, Yogesh Kale)
- 05) Complaint # 2013-0201-02938 (Network outage issue)
- 06) Complaint # 2013-0203-05375 (Problem from server end - Error 651)
- 07) Complaint # 2013-0210-02872 (10th Feb - Error 678 in morning and in evening, i started getting error 651. Called up again on 13th Feb’13 for Error 651 update. They again updated the same ticket # by sending reminder to the technical team)
- 08) Complaint # 2013-0213-00317 (Service credit request. Called up again on 16th Feb’13 for credit status. Reminder was sent.)

- 12) Complaint # 2013-0414-06768 (Problem from server end - Error 651)

- 14) Complaint # 2013-0419-23166 (Reopened ticket on 20th April’13)
- 15) Complaint # 2013-0424-20451 (Called up technical dept. too. After almost half an hour, call was switched off)

- 17) Complaint # 2013-0506-17910 (Problem from server end - Error 651. Called up again on 9th May'13. Same complaint was updated. Sent two SMS to technical guy)

- 19) Complaint # 2013-0605-20085 (Error 720. Had a chat with the Customer Care Head - Mr.Diwakar Masame. Ticket reopened on 09th June’13. Received an SMS stating that issue was resolved but the issue wasn’t resolved. Ticket reopened for the third time when I called on 10th June’13. Again opened on 14th June’13).
- 20) Complaint # 2013-0626 (Cable cut in Viman Nagar)
- 21) Complaint # 2013-0701-18659 (Cable cut again in Viman Nagar. Complaint was also raised for 3 days pending credit which was to be provided since the same was mentioned in the invoice. Called up twice, once on 3rd & then 5th July. On 5th July, the customer care guy told me that the ticket is still in pending status).
